Delete your PadiQ account

This page is for PadiQ, the padel app by Lumavex Ltd.

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm twice.

Your account is deleted straight away, and you're logged out.

Without the app

Email info@lumavex.io from the email address you use for PadiQ, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, profile, onboarding and Advanced Profile answers, availability, your place in upcoming games (cancelled for you, without counting against you), your game history, the feedback you've given, the players you've blocked and your attendance record.

What we keep, and for how long

• Messages you've sent in game chats stay visible to the other players in that game, without your name, until the chat is deleted 12 months after the game. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Reports you've made, or that are about you, including a copy of a reported message, are kept for 24 months after the case is closed, for safety reasons and to handle appeals.
• Records of past games and usage events stay without being linked to you.
